Early 1900s

FICTION BOOKS

From the 1800s to about WW II many fiction books were written pertaining to be for young children. Many of these were often quite dark and intense and would not be considered proper for today's youth. They created some classic adventure stories, mysteries and other marvellous tales. Many of the writers from these eras are legendary today. Many books depicted life at school or life in general during those periods and give a good insight into historical times.

Listed here are books of fiction published between 1900 and 1950.
